Posted: 20 Jul 2010 09:20 PM PDT  Kelly Osbourne and brother Jack Osbourne both sport the same shirt with Mel Gibson’s mug shot while out in Los Angeles on separate days. Kelly was out shopping in Beverly Hills on Tuesday (July 20) when she wore the shirt, which says “You Should Just Smile and Blow Me”, referencing one of the leaked conversations between Mel and estranged wife Oksana Grigorieva. Her 24-year-old brother wore the shirt while leaving Voyeur Nightclub on Thursday (July 15). The 24-year-old starlet was arrested just after 10 a.m. and booked shortly thereafter. Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in jail but will likely leave early because of overcrowding. According to People, Lindsay is neighbors with Alexis Neiers, who is serving six months in jail for involvement in an L.A. robbery ring targeting celebrities - including Lindsay! FYI: L.A. sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore tells Us Weekly that Linds will likely only serve “about 14 days”. The 24-year-old actress surrendered to serve a 90-day jail sentence after violating her probation. Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, also came by the court house to watch the proceedings. Lindsay will reportedly only serve 25% of the court imposed sentence due to overcrowding at the jail. Last night, Lindsay expressed nervousness about beginning her sentence, tweeting, “the only ‘bookings’ that i’m familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that i’d be ‘booking’ into Jail… eeeks”. “well- you haven’t lost your sense of humour,” Linds‘ ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson replied.

Here’s what the 34-year-old Inception actress had to share with her Nine co-star, Nicole Kidman: On returning from a trip to the Congo: “I was in the Congo for a week because I've been working with Greenpeace for a while and I've been wanting to do a documentary about the forest there. It's one of the most ancient forests in the world and I met all of these amazing people who are trying to fight against the timber industry cutting down the trees there. People were telling me all about their lives and how they are trying to survive in a country where there is so much corruption. I even slept in one of the forest villages. I really connected to the people there—their hopes and despair and struggles. It was an intense and beautiful trip.” On being an environmentalist and a jetset actress: “It's a paradox to be an actress, living in the city, taking planes all the time, trying to find the right balance in this life, which is not so eco-friendly, and still try to respect the environment.” On seeing environmental awareness spread: “I'm very happy with what's happening now and how the awareness is spreading. Because 10 years ago my mind-set wasn't really normal for most people. I sounded like a crazy person talking about the environment.
