| Rihanna: American Cancer Society PSA for More Birthdays! Posted: 22 Nov 2010 06:00 PM PST  Rihanna is lending a helping hand to the American Cancer Society! The organization’s new PSA, in which the 22-year-old pop star sings a special birthday tune, aims to increase the number of cancer survivors who celebrate their birthdays each year. “More birthdays mean more hope, more love, more friends, more summers, more memories that you can enjoy and spend with your family and friends,” Ri says in the video, where she’s surrounded by gift wrap designed by Kari Moden. The special paper, which symbolizes women whose lives have been saved by breast cancer screenings, can be purchased at morebirthdays.com with all proceeds benefiting the ACS. | Report: Fantasia Testifies She Aborted Boyfriend's Baby Posted: 22 Nov 2010 05:30 PM PST  Fantasia Barrino has reportedly revealed she got pregnant by her then-married boyfriend Antwaun Cook and had an abortion around the time of her overdose. The 26-year-old American Idol season 3 winner made the confession in a North Carolina courtroom on Monday during Antwaun’s divorce proceedings, according to Radar Online. Fantasia was hospitalized in August for a medication overdose. At the time, Antwaun’s wife alleged the singer had been having an affair with her husband. Fantasia previously said she dated Antwaun “off and on for about 11 months” but believed he had been separated at the time. |

The 35-year-old actress will be the subject of Blue Water Productions’ next Female Force book. The 32-page comic will “fill in the blanks surrounding Jolie’s life,” according to the publisher, who adds that the story will be explored through the perspective of aid volunteers in Haiti. Other celebs who have been featured in the Female Force books include Sarah Palin, Michelle Obama, and Hillary Clinton. Female Force: Angelina Jolie hits stores in January and will retail for $3.99. | Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Donate $150,000 for National Adoption Day Posted: 22 Nov 2010 01:30 PM PST  The Jolie-Pitt Foundation has announced that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have donated $150,000 to the charity SOS Children's Villages in recognition of National Adoption Day, which celebrates adoptive families and highlights the needs of children without parental care. “I am truly thankful that Angelina and Brad understand the power of family – the kind of stable family that SOS holds as an essential part of healthy child development,” said Dr. Heather Paul, CEO of SOS Children's Villages USA. “Together, Angelina and Brad have been eye-witnesses to the great work of SOS Children’s Villages in Ethiopia, Jordan, a Darfur refugee camp in Chad, and Haiti. Angelina and Brad know that children's need for a family is universal.” The Jolie-Pitt Foundation donation will provide the supplemental long-term financial support needed for a family of four foster children in an SOS Children’s Village in the US. The 14-year-old openly gay student spoke out in support of his teacher, Jay McDowell, a high school economics teacher in Michigan who was suspended without pay for a day after an incident in his classroom. Jay removed a student from his class after the student said that he did not accept gays. Graeme spoke in Jay’s defense at a school board meeting, saying, "I’ve been in classrooms where children have said the worst things - the kinds of things that drove me to a suicide attempt when I was only 9 years old."
