Posted: 21 Oct 2010 08:50 PM PDT  Kanye West walks the carpet at the premiere of his new film Runaway at the Landmark Sunshine Cinema on Thursday (October 21) in New York. The 33-year-old artist toasted champagne with Kim Kardashian at a screening of the film earlier in the week in Chicago, where they shared dinner and looked like a couple. JustJared.com got a sneak peek of the film and thought it was visually stunning! Selita Ebanks appears in the film practically naked with just strategically placed feathers over her private parts. The audience at the special screening applauded every time she was on screen!
